Essential Functions
Responsibilities include:
- Equipping students with the required skill set.
- Facilitating student interaction with the instructor, other students and course content.
- Assessing student performance.
- Preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in management or marketing and a master's degree in business administration.
- Three years teaching experience in either subject area at the freshman and sophomore level.
- Online teaching experience is required and the candidate must be willing to complete additional online teaching training. Some of the required online training must happen prior to teaching a course and that is provided by our college.
- Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in both management and marketing.
- Completion of Quality Matters Training.
- Three years online teaching experience.
- Experience teaching in a two year college environment.
