Job Overview

UC Clermont College is seeking applications for instructors in the business areas of management and marketing. Applications are being accepted on a continuous basis to be included in the general pool of candidates from which part-time faculty are selected to teach face-to-face and online courses.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities include:
  • Equipping students with the required skill set.
  • Facilitating student interaction with the instructor, other students and course content.
  • Assessing student performance.
  • Preparing students to be successful leaders in their chosen profession.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration or Bachelor's of Science with a concentration in management or marketing and a master's degree in business administration.
  • Three years teaching experience in either subject area at the freshman and sophomore level.
  • Online teaching experience is required and the candidate must be willing to complete additional online teaching training. Some of the required online training must happen prior to teaching a course and that is provided by our college.
Additional Qualifications Considered
  • Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in both management and marketing.
  • Completion of Quality Matters Training.
  • Three years online teaching experience.
  • Experience teaching in a two year college environment.
