As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a talented and motivated Plant Manager to join our team and help lead our next chapter of operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

As Plant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, ensuring our products are made efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. You’ll lead a dedicated team, work cross-functionally with departments like engineering and sales, and play a key role in creating a positive, productive, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing production, inventory, scheduling, maintenance, and quality assurance
- Leading and mentoring team members while promoting a culture of accountability and respect
- Championing continuous improvement efforts across all areas of the plant
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Supporting new product development and custom projects in collaboration with other departments
- Driving efficiency and identifying areas for operational improvement

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone experienced in leading manufacturing or production teams—preferably in electronics, precision components, or similar industries. You should be comfortable on the floor, in the office, and leading people toward shared goals.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A natural leader who can motivate and organize teams
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Skilled in communication, planning, and problem-solving
- Familiar with manufacturing best practices (lean, safety, efficiency, etc.)
